Time for Tea
The traditional tea ceremony for South China lasts for several hours with twelve rounds of sipping, smelling and slurping (yes slurping), small cups of steaming tea. I learned that slurping your tea is considered polite in the Chinese culture because you take in more air and this helps the flavor.

No it was not sweet! Quite bitter actually. Apparently the equivalent of a shot of something.
